I work as a buyers agent providing
exclusive representation for my Monument home buyers. This means that my concerns are not divided
between a seller and a buyer but only for the buyer. I therefore am constantly
watching out for my buyers interests.
I am extremely organized in what I do,
will listen to your questions and concerns, and will not waste your time showing you homes
that do not meet your needs.
As a buyers agent I am focused on the
Monument market, aware of the current inventory of homes and I know the neighborhoods in my market.
I am in the best possible position to satisfy your family's needs.
If you would like to have a new home
built or custom home designed I know the builders and will be there to help you through
the process. I will work directly with a Monument builder to see that things are done in a timely
manner and to your satisfaction. A builder does not charge you more or less when you have
a buyers agent representing you. The builder's sales person works for the builder
and I work for you.
In anticipation of your arrival in town I
will preview homes for you and schedule appointments in advance. In this way you
will be able to accomplish the most in a short time. If you are relocating I will be
here to take care of your needs as you prepare to make your move. I will work
closely with the lender and the title company to assure that the closing goes smoothly. We
can even arrange for you to close the transaction from a distance by overnighting the
papers to you.
As we first establish our relationship I
will seek to define your family's needs. This includes the requirements for your children
and those of your lifestyle. Your new home should be located in a neighborhood in
close proximity to recreational resources and schools.
I have been with REMAX Properties for
